I recently stayed at Viennese Due in Rome for a quick budget trip. The hotel's location was perfect, just in front of the main railway and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. It was also pleasantly quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel offered reliable internet service, as well as amenities like a refrigerator, air conditioning, and continuous hot water. The staff, especially Stan, was friendly and helpful, offering great insights and answering all our questions. a great value for money.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

few meters from the Termini Station. I booked because I have seen many positive coments in fact, Hotel is very nice. Many free services We didn't expect much, so we were beyond excited to find a very comfortable, private room with our own bathroom just for us. They have laptops in the rooms- with really fast wi- fi. And the big screen tv as well was for real- they had a binder full of movie titles to choose from if we were so inclined! The breakfast, albeit simple, was enough to get us through to lunch, but we often supplemented the meal with some fresh fruit from the Conad across the street also the offering you a cup of tea or coffe. Low prices, very clean room nice staff...

The location was absolutely perfect. Very near the Terminini Station where our hop-on-hop-off bus also stops. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Their receptionist Ms. lina was very helpful and accommodating. She gave us some refreshments when we arrived and guided us to our room. She even gave us a bunch of DVD's in case we can still have time to watch movies. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

Everything was perfect. I was surprised of the staff of this B & B and especially of Stan talking 5 or 6 languages, including German, Russian etc.. one thing I have ever met in B and B. The room very clean, in room free Internet access , laptop, big TV, air conditioning worked very well, refrigerator.
Breakfast basic but they have been good to put the The and Coffee service in room on request for free .

The unit was immaculately clean and absolutely fabulous.
There were large beds and climate control, WiFi, and a TV set inside the room. I was happy to have a tiny and the staff were polite. Marvellous location, a 4-6 minute walk from Piazza dei Cinquecento, greatly enjoyed this place.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The location was perfect, a couple blocks from the train station and next to a lot of good tourists sites and places to eat and shop. So if location is your main concern, this is a great one.
A few things I did not like about this place...first, each time you leave, you have to give you key back to the front desk. Not a huge deal until you come back and all you want to do is go up to your room but you have to stop at the front desk first. If they are helping another customer...you're going to be waiting awhile until they can get your key. Kind of sucks you just have to sit there waiting until you can go up to your room. Second, our air conditioner broke. We didn't sleep either nights we were there...at all. We tried opening the windows and it was seriously soooo loud outside, all night long. You read people complaining about the noise at this place...and I thought it couldn't really be that bad...oh but it is. It sounds like there's a war going on in the streets below. So no air conditioner, extremely loud street noise...and then, since we had to keep the windows open, we had the biggest bug I have ever seen in my life visit us. It then proceeded to walk on all of us while we tried to sleep...it was seriously a mutated grasshopper/cockroach...once we saw that...there was no way we could even try to sleep. In all...the room was "ok"...the staff wasn't too helpful though, especially once we found out our air conditioner broke. I was hoping we could get a new room, since it was 90 degrees outside but no luck. If we didn't have the problems we did I would have rated this place higher...so you may have better luck here then we did and be just fine.

I think the best thing about the Viennese Due is the customer service. We found the staff to be very professional and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their intention is to ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. The place isn't grand but is absolutely fine and has has exactly what you need. Power shower, tv, laptop computer - room size average. Freshly cleaned room each day - bed linen was always changed, and fresh bath towels shampoo, soap etc left out. The location was excellent - just stepped outside the door and crossed the Road to the Termini station which is a great place to be if you want to travel round Rome. 10/10
